Great art - a universal right

Wiltshire & Swindon Arts Alliance (W&SAA) believes that access to great arts experiences is a universal right – that's why we're so committed to ensuring that all people in Wiltshire can experience the arts. 

Founded in 2005 W&SAA is a strategic umbrella body for the arts in the sub-region, encompassing:
 

• local authorities
• regularly funded and key strategic arts organisations, including representation from a wide variety of art forms and sectors.
