Sixth Sense Theatre for Young People

Sixth Sense is passionate about theatre and young people. Their mission? To produce high quality contemporary theatre that helps young people to fulfil their potential. Each year, Sixth Sense produces issue-based and creative theatre productions and performs in schools, theatres and arts centres in Swindon and the South West. These productions are supported by additional young people-led work, workshops, training sessions and other production projects.
 

Sixth Sense aims to:
 

• Produce professional theatre for young people
• Produce theatre projects which encourage young people to participate in - and lead - the theatre-making process.
• Identify those young people who are not yet involved in theatre activities and create opportunities for them to engage with projects.
   

The Company receives regular funding from Arts Council England South West and from Swindon Borough Council.
